(A) Licenses. Any person operating or maintaining a used car lot in the township shall obtain an annual license for the operation of maintenance from the Township Clerk. All licenses granted under the provisions of the chapter shall expire on December 31 of each year. The licenses shall not be transferable. Every license granted hereunder shall be displayed at all times by the licensee in a conspicuous place on the premises.
(B) Fees. There shall be an annual fee for the license in an amount as shall be established from time to time by resolution of the Township Board.
