For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
ENFORCEMENT OFFICER. Any person duly authorized by the township to enforce the ordinances, laws and regulations of the township.
PERSON. Any person, employee, firm, partnership, association, company, corporation or organization of any kind.
USED CAR LOT. Any place where used motor vehicles are displayed and offered for sale in the open.
