The provisions of §§ 96.04, 96.05, 96.06 and 96.07 above, may not be applicable with regard to the Cowboy Homecoming or Turn and Burn events sponsored, supervised and conducted by the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce pursuant to an ordinance by the city. This exemption and exclusion shall apply only for the actual time during which the Cowboy Homecoming or Turn and Burn events are scheduled pursuant to the terms and provisions of the ordinance. Nothing in this chapter shall be deemed to limit or modify the obligations of the Pleasanton Chamber of Commerce pursuant to the ordinance.
