The consumption of alcoholic beverages in the park is restricted as follows:
(A) The proposed serving of alcoholic beverages is to be expressly requested in the application for a park permit, as stated in § 96.04(G) above.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to sell, give away or drink any alcoholic beverages of any kind within or upon the following portions of the park:
(1) All areas North of soccer fields within park.
(C) Consumption of any alcoholic beverages not otherwise restricted by this chapter shall be done in conformity with all applicable state and local statutes, ordinances and regulations; and
(D) Attached to Ord. 15-1128 is a map which will be kept in the office of the City Secretary showing the areas within the park where alcoholic beverages shall be prohibited. All those prohibited areas shall be posted by the city.
