715.99 PENALTY.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 715.15 and 715.16, any person, firm, corporation or operator violating Sections 715.04, 715.05, 715.08, and 715.09 through 715.13 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree. Each day such violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
