715.16 FORFEITURE IN CASE OF NONCOMPLIANCE.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 715.15 and 715.99, if any operator neglects or without good cause fails to timely perform the duties or requirements of Sections 715.03 through 715.13, such operator shall forfeit to the Village one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each day such duty or requirement is unfulfilled.
