715.15 COMPLIANCE ENFORCEMENT.

Notwithstanding the provisions of Sections 715.16 and 715.99, the Village Solicitor, upon request of the Administrator, may apply to a court or commission of competent jurisdiction for an injunction or other equitable relief to compel compliance with Sections 715.03 through 715.13.
