17.08.030 RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CITY COUNCIL.
   A.   Appoint members of the Planning Commission.
   B.   Review appeals of Planning Commission decisions.
   C.   Make final decisions on applications for entitlements as listed in Table 17.10.060-1.
   D.   Initiate plans, plan amendments and studies related to city land use policy and processes.
   E.   Exercise such other powers and duties as prescribed by state law or local ordinance. (Ord. 2010-02 § 1 (part), 2010)
