15.24.010 VIOLATION - PENALTY.
   Any person violating any of the provisions of Chapters 15.02 through 15.22 of this Title shall be deemed guilty of an infraction and may be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor punishable by a fine or imprisonment, as established in the 2022 CBC, section 114 and 2021 IPMC section 109.
