15.02.010 TITLE.
   Chapters 15.02 through 15.24 shall be known as the "City of Pinole Building Codes" and shall be cited as such. (Ord. 2022-04 § 3 (part), 2022; Ord. 2019-08 § 3 (part), 2019; Ord. 2016-08 § 3 (part), 2016)
15.02.020 ORGANIZATION.
   A building division is established in accordance with the provisions of California Building Code, 2022 Edition, adopted in Chapter 15.04. This division shall be a part of and shall operate under the direction of the Community Development Director. The building division is authorized to direct and enforce all the provisions of this Title and any of the Codes adopted in this Title.
