13.18.510 NONENFORCEMENT OF GRANTOR.
   The grantee shall not be relieved of its obligation to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter or the franchise agreement, by reason of any failure of the grantor to enforce prompt compliance. (Ord. 02-101 § 18(part), 2002).
