Upon written request of the grantor, but not more than once every two years, the grantee shall conduct a subscriber survey pertaining to customer service, performance and overall satisfaction, which may be transmitted to subscribers in grantee's invoice for cable services. Grantor may provide comments regarding the contents of the survey including issues related to PEG Access Programming. Grantee shall not unreasonably exclude grantor's comments from inclusion in the survey. The results of such survey shall be provided to the grantor on a timely basis. The cost of such survey shall be borne by the grantee. (Ord. 02-101 §13 (part), 2002).
