13.18.090 FEDERAL OR STATE JURISDICTION.
   This chapter shall be construed in a manner consistent with all applicable federal and state laws, and shall apply to all franchises granted or renewed after the effective date of this chapter to the extent permitted by applicable law. (Ord. 02-101 § 6(part), 2002)
