13.18.070 TERM OF THE FRANCHISE.
   A.   A franchise granted hereunder shall be for a term established in the franchise agreement, commencing on the grantor's adoption of an chapter or resolution authorizing the franchise.
13.18.080 - 13.18.100
   B.   A franchise granted hereunder may be renewed upon application by the grantee pursuant to the provisions of applicable state and federal law. (Ord. 02-101 § 6(part), 2002)
