2.36.020 ELECTION OF OFFICERS – MEETINGS.
   A.   At its first regular meeting each July, the members of the commission shall meet in regular session and elect from their members a chair and vice chair, whose duties shall be set forth in the bylaws. Officers shall hold office for one (1) year or until their successors are elected.
   B.   The commission shall adopt rules and regulations to govern procedure and shall, by vote, set a time for regular meetings which will be held at least once each month and shall determine the manner in which special meetings may be held and the notice given. A majority of the regular members shall constitute a quorum.
   C.   Minutes of commission meetings shall be filed with the city clerk. (Ord. 2008-01 § 2(part), 2008)
