§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 93.01 or 93.02, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $50 for each and every offense.

   (B)   Every owner or person in the actual occupancy or possession of any premises where any nuisance shall be declared to exist, as specified in § 93.18 and who shall fail to abate the same within the time specified in said resolution, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $200 for said offense, and each day said nuisance shall be suffered to exist after the time specified for its abatement shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Every person who shall violate any provision or this §§ 93.10 through 93.18 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $100 nor more than $200 and each day that such violation shall continue, occur or exist shall be deemed a separate offense.
