It shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to burn any paper, plastic, rubber, cloth, rags, wood or any product or derivative of any of them; leaves, grass, weeds, garbage or other vegetable matter; meat, fat, grease or other animal matter; coal, coke, charcoal or other coal product or derivative; oil or petroleum or any product or derivative thereof; trash, rubbish, debris or offal or any combustible material, article or thing within the corporate limits of the city after 6:00 p.m. of any day and before 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
