9.60.050 Persons prohibited from providing services.

   Pima County Community Resources Department shall not allow any person to provide or continue to provide services as a person working directly with children under the age of eighteen (18), if any of the following occur:

      1.   The criminal history records check or the sworn statement required pursuant to Section 9.60.040 indicates that he or she is awaiting trial on, or has been convicted of, any offense listed in Section 9.60.040(A); or,

      2.   The person fails or refuses to submit fingerprints pursuant to Section 9.60.020; or

      3.   The person fails or refuses to submit the sworn statement pursuant to section 9.60.040; or,

      4.   The person submits a false notarized statement regarding criminal offenses.
