As a condition of employment or continued employment with Pima County Community Resources Department, in accordance with subparagraphs (1) and (2) below, prospective and current Community Resources employees, contract instructors and volunteers in the following job classifications shall submit a full set of fingerprints, on a standard fingerprint card to Pima County Community Resources for a state and federal criminal history records check pursuant to A.R.S. § 41-1750 and Public Law 92-544:

And any other contract instructor or volunteer having direct contact with children under the age of eighteen (18).
Pima County Community Resources Department shall forward those fingerprints, accompanied by the appropriate fees, which shall be paid by Pima County Community Resources Department, to the Arizona Department of Public Safety for the purpose of obtaining a state and federal criminal history record check. The Department of Public Safety is authorized to exchange this fingerprint data with the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
1. As of the effective date of this chapter, each prospective Pima County Community Resources Department employee, contract instructor or volunteer (in the positions listed above) shall, as a condition of hire, furnish a full set of fingerprints on a standard fingerprint card to the Director of Pima County Community Resources.
2. Within 45 days of the effective date of this chapter, each employee, contract instructor or volunteer who works directly with children under the age of eighteen (18) with the Community Resources Department shall, as a condition of continued employment, furnish a full set of fingerprints on a standard fingerprint card to the Director of Pima County Community Resources.
