2.04.010   General provisions.
   The board of supervisors is the governing body of the county. The powers, duties and responsibilities of the board of supervisors are established in the Constitution of the state of Arizona and the Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 11, Chapter 2. Certain administrative and executive powers and duties of the board may be delegated to other persons or bodies; however, the board has ultimate responsibility for the affairs of the county.

2.04.020   Meetings.
   Meetings of the board shall be held every Tuesday except the fifth of the month, unless otherwise determined by the board. Such meetings shall take place in the county governmental complex unless otherwise noticed to the public.

2.04.030   Actions of the board.
   Formal actions of the board shall be taken by code ordinance, noncode ordinance, or resolution.
   A.   Code Ordinance. Formal acts of the board intended to be of general and permanent nature shall be designated as code ordinances and shall be included in this code. Such ordinances shall designate the code to be assigned such ordinance.
   B.   Noncode Ordinance. Formal acts of the board intended to be of general and permanent application but not intended to become a part of this code shall be designated noncode ordinances and shall not be included in this code.
   C.   Resolution. All other actions of the board shall be taken by resolution.
