§ 72.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

   (B)   Any person who violates §§ 72.01 through 72.03 of this code shall be subject to a fine of $25 for each violation, and the bicycle, skateboard or other wheeled recreational device shall be impounded and held by the Town Marshal until such time as the fine for the violation. If the sums are not paid within 30 days, then the wheeled recreational device shall be considered as abandoned property.

   (C)   A violation of §§ 72.15 through 72.16 of this code shall carry a fine in the amount of not less than $50 nor more than $250, plus the reasonable attorneys’ fees incurred by the town in the enforcement of §§ 72.15 through 72.16, provided that the fine and attorneys’ fees do not exceed $2,500.

   (D)   A violation of §§ 72.30 through 72.38 of this code shall carry a fine in the amount of $50 to $250 per violation, plus attorneys’ fees incurred by the town. The fines and attorneys’ fees shall not exceed $2,500 per violation.
