§ 72.01 “WHEELED DEVICE” DEFINED.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, a WHEELED DEVICE is a board, skate or other non-motorized personal mobility device with wheels used primarily for recreational purposes. The term includes but is not limited to bicycles, skateboards, roller skates and roller blades. However, the term does not include devices intended and being used to aid the mobility of infants, disabled or elderly individuals.
