1280.05 ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.

(a) Conditional uses shall be subject to the additional requirements set forth in Chapter 1286.

(b) Landscaping and buffering shall be subject to the additional requirements set forth in Chapter 1300, Nonresidential Design Guidelines.

(c) Parking and loading shall be subject to the additional requirements set forth in Chapter 1290.

(d) Signs shall be subject to the additional requirements set forth in Chapter 1292.

(e) Specific parking requirements are set forth in Chapter 1290.
