1470.01 MAP ADOPTED.

   The Official House Numbering Map, as revised, attached to original Ordinance 77 CCC, passed December 20, 1977, with all revisions hereinafter made, is hereby adopted as the Official House Numbering Map of Pickerington.

1470.02 NUMBERS REQUIRED.

   All owners of residences, businesses and public buildings shall mark their structures with their designated house number in a location clearly visible from the street.

1470.03 NEW CONSTRUCTION AND SUBDIVISIONS.

   (a)   All new houses, places of business and public buildings shall be assigned a house number in accordance with the Official House Numbering Plan upon approval of a zoning permit. The number to be assigned by the Planning and Zoning Director shall be according to the Official House Numbering Map.

   (b)   Houses in subdivisions shall be assigned house numbers by the Municipal Engineer, upon Council approval of the final plat.
