EDITOR’S NOTE: Ordinance 96-06, passed February 26, 1996, authorized the City Manager to enter into a water service agreement with the Village of Canal Winchester under which the City will supply water service to the Village of Canal Winchester and its residents for a period of fifty years. Copies of this ordinance and of the agreement may be obtained, at cost, from the Manager.
