EDITOR'S NOTE: Council, by Ordinance 2007-67, passed December 4, 2007, and adopted a new Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual, which was amended by Ordinance 2012-74, passed January 15, 2013. The Personnel Policy and Procedures Manual supersedes the previous Personnel Manual. Copies of such ordinances and Manual and all amendments thereof may be obtained, at cost, from the Personnel Director.
Because of the frequency of change, provisions relating to regular compensation are not codified. Schedules of the same are established from time to time by Council and copies thereof may be obtained, at cost, from the Municipal Clerk.
Ordinance 88-33, passed May 3, 1988, authorized an agreement with Safeco Insurance and Aetna Insurance for administration of a deferred compensation program for employees of the City pursuant to Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code. Copies of this agreement and the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Municipal Clerk.
