§ 73.44 POLICE OFFICER MAY REMOVE ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES.
   In addition to the penalty provided in § 73.99(B), any police officer, on discovering any vehicle so parked or stopped in violation of §§ 73.40 through 73.44, may remove the vehicle or cause the same to be removed to any city owned property, a private garage, or place where so authorized pursuant to contract where the vehicle shall be impounded and retained, and shall be released only as provided in § 73.16.
