1101.05   SEPARABILITY AND SEVERABILITY.
   Should any section or provision of these Regulations be for any reason held void or invalid, it shall not affect the validity of any other section or provision hereof which is not itself void and invalid.

1101.06   JURISDICTION.
   (a)   It shall be unlawful for any person to subdivide or lay out into lots any land within the Village unless it be by a plat complying with the regulations herein contained and no plat shall be recorded and no lot or land shall be sold from any such plat until said plat has been approved as herein required.
   (b)   It shall be unlawful for any person to circumvent the provisions of this Subdivision Regulations by lease or by the sale of parcels, by metes and bounds.
   (c)   The design and layout of all subdivisions shall conform with the requirements of these Regulations. The Subdivider shall make improvements and shall submit preliminary and final plans, all in accordance with these Regulations.

1101.07   AMENDMENTS.
   The Council may, after public hearing, amend, supplement or change these Regulations. Notice shall be given of the time and place of such public hearing by publication in at least one (1) newspaper of general circulation published in the local area, thirty (30) days prior to holding of said public hearing. The amendment(s), supplement(s) or change(s) shall be on file in the office of the Planning Commission for public examination during said thirty (30) days.
