1105.01   Intent.

1105.01   INTENT.
   Throughout these Regulations, the following terms shall have the meaning given herein.

1105.02   GENERAL TERMS.
   (a)   Words used in singular include the plural and words in the plural include the singular.
   (b)   Words used in present tense include the future tense.
   (c)   The word "shall" is mandatory and the word "may" is permissive.
   (d)   The word "person" includes a firm, association, organization, partnership, trust, company, or corporation as well as an individual.
