713.01 DEFINITION.

businessshall mean any place or activity at which goods, wares, merchandise, or services are sold or offered for sale, including but not limited to, household goods and belongings, other than from a permanent structure duly approved for such commercial use; and further means, places or activities at which goods or merchandise are sold from a residence, commonly referred to as a house, garage or yard sale.

713.02 LICENSE REQUIRED.

   No person shall conduct any temporary business, house, garage or yard sale, without first having obtained a license therefrom from the Village Zoning Inspector.
