§ 151.095 STATUTORY AUTHORIZATION.
   (A)   Pepin County’s code of ordinances, Chapter 28 Great River Road Preservation Zoning Code (§§ 28.01 through 28.04), and all acts amendatory to and supplementary thereto, relating to development and land use on or near the Great River Road in the county, so far as applicable to the village, are adopted as a portion of the village’s code of ordinances, except as lawfully provide by village ordinance.
   (B)   This subchapter is adopted under the authorization in Wis. Stat. § 61.34.
