§ 151.999 PENALTY.
   Any person, firm, company, or corporation who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with or resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this chapter unless otherwise specified, upon conviction, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
