§ 93.99 PENALTY.
   (A)    Any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter for which no other specific penalty is provided shall be punished as provided in § 10.99.
   (B)    Any person violating the provisions of § 93.19 shall be subject to the state boating penalties, as found in Wis. Stat. § 30.80, which are hereby adopted by reference as if set forth in full herein.
   (C)   (1)   The penalty for violations of §§ 93.40 and 93.41 shall be $100 for the first offense and $150 for the second or subsequent offense during the same calendar year.
      (2)   The penalty may be paid at the Village of Pepin, 508 Second Street, during regular business hours or mail to Village of Pepin, P.O. Box 277, Pepin, WI 54759 within ten calendar days of the date the violation occurred. The cancelled check will serve as the receipt.
      (3)   In the event that the penalty required in division (C)(3) above that has not been paid to the village within ten days of the date the violation occurred, the penalty shall include a penalty assessment if required by Wis. Stat. § 165.87, a jail assessment if required by Wis. State. § 302.46(1), and any applicable fees and court costs prescribed by the state statutes.
