§ 93.40 LAUNCH FEE ESTABLISHED.
   (A)   No person shall launch from the village Sportsman’s Landing in any calendar year without paying the launch and/or parking fee established in this section.
      (1)   Launch: setting a watercraft in motion by pushing it or allowing it to roll into the water or
on the ice.
      (2)   Watercraft: boats, canoes, kayaks, air boats, jet skis, ATV/UTV or snowmobiles.
   (B)   All persons who use this facility at the above-named site must pay a $10 fee per day. Any vehicle left at the launch site (see map in § 93.42) for more than 24 hours must pay an additional $10 fee for each additional day parked at the launch site.
   (C)   The fee must be put in the envelope supplied at the launch site. The permit must be displayed on the driver’s side of the dash or hanging from the rear-view mirror of the vehicle parked at the launch site (tear-off portion of permit envelope).
   (D)   Annual passes:
      (1)   For residents living in zip codes 54759 and 54769 (taxpayer living in the school district of the village), the is fee is $30.
      (2)   For non-residents, the annual pass fee is $100.
      (3)   The licensed tournament registration fee is $300 per tournament. This does not include launch and or parking fees (excluding non-profit organizations).
      (4)   The annual pass is valid from January 1 to December 31.
      (5)   No commercial exclusions; commercial users must obtain a seasonal pass.
      (6)   Government agencies are exempt (WI DNR, municipal, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, law enforcement, fire services, and fish and wildlife).
   (E)   Signage with regulations and the ordinance will be displayed. A locked drop box and envelopes will be available at the Sportsman’s Landing.
   (F)   Seasonal passes are available at the village hall during regular hours or can be obtained by placing the seasonal pass fee into a site envelope and depositing said envelope and fee in a launch site drop box. The pass must be obtained by the registered owner of the vehicle if more than one vehicle is to be used. The pass should be placed on dash or hung from rear-view mirror.
