§ 154.077 WORKING DRAWING AND SPECIFICATIONS.
   Before considering the approval of the final plat for any subdivision, the Plan Commission will require that two copies of complete working drawings and specifications be submitted for those improvements requested at the time of conditional approval of the preliminary layout, accompanied with two copies of restrictions to be incorporated into deeds or covenants to be recorded with the plat.
   (A)   Source of drawings and specifications. The subdivider shall have the option of having working drawings and specifications for improvements prepared by a registered professional engineer retained by the subdivider or of having such drawings and specifications prepared by the village. The engineer retained by the subdivider shall be other than an engineer on the village payroll or under contract to the village as Village Engineer.
   (B)   Under either option, all working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates shall be checked by the Village Engineer or by a consulting firm duly retained by the village. The subdivider shall reimburse the village for preparation and for checking of working drawings, specifications, and cost estimates in accordance with §§ 154.085 and 154.086.
   (C)   Working drawings and specifications shall be in strict accordance with the village standards and requirements and shall be subject to approval by the appropriate committee on public works.
