To defray the planning, engineering, landscaping, technical and inspection expenses incurred by the village in the checking of preliminary and final cost estimates, the review of preliminary and final plats, the review of Planned Unit Developments, site plans, working drawings and specifications, and executing inspection responsibilities, the subdivider/applicant shall be required to reimburse the village for these services. These services include, but are not limited to: planning review, engineering review and inspections, landscaping review, and geotechnical, environmental, financial and transportation studies as deemed necessary by the village.
