§ 91.44 BITING ANIMAL NOT INOCULATED AGAINST RABIES.
   If an owner or keeper of a dog or other animal four months of age or older that has bitten any person, cannot furnish evidence that the dog or other animal is currently inoculated against rabies, this shall constitute prima facie evidence that the owner or keeper is in violation of §§ 91.25, 91.27, and 91.40 and subject to the penalties provided herein.
