§ 91.40 INOCULATION.
   Every owner of a dog, four months of age or older, shall each year, cause said dog to be inoculated against rabies by a licensed veterinarian. However, if the vaccine used is one recognized by the State Department of Agriculture, for a three-year period of immunity and the animal to be inoculated is a dog over 12 months of age at the time of inoculation, the interval between inoculation may be extended to three years.
