§ 91.25 REGISTRATION; FEE; TAG PROVIDED.
   (A)   Every owner of a dog four months of age or older, shall register such dog with the Village Clerk. No more than three dogs over the age of four months shall be permitted per family or dwelling. Registration must be accomplished within 21 days after inoculation against rabies. A separate registration shall be required for each dog.
   (B)   The owner must present an approved, properly completed vaccination certificate and pay an annual $5 registration fee to the village. Any registration issued after the last day of February of each year shall bear a $5 penalty, excepting new residents owning or keeping a dog as stated below who have registered within 21 days after establishing such residence in the village.
   (C)   The Village Clerk will furnish the owner with an official one-year registration tag.
