§ 51.057 UNLAWFUL CONSTRUCTION OF SEWAGE FACILITIES.
   Except as hereinafter provided, it shall be unlawful to construct any privy, privy vault, septic tank, cesspool, or other facility intended or used for the disposal of sewage.
