§ 51.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person found to be violating any provisions of this chapter for which no penalty is otherwise provided shall be served by the village with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall, within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
   (B)   Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time limit provided for in division (A) above, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the amount not exceeding $750 nor less than $25 for each violation. Each day in which any such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall become liable to the village for any expense, loss, or damage occasioned the village by reason of such violation.
   (D)   Any person, firm, association, corporation or partnership violating Chapter 52 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $200 and each day of violation shall be deemed as a separate violation of this chapter.
