13.10.150: INDIRECT DISCHARGE PERMIT; EXTRAJURISDICTIONAL USERS:
Any existing significant connecting user located beyond the city limits required to obtain an indirect discharge permit shall submit a permit application as outlined in sections 13.10.130 and 13.10.140 of this chapter. New significant connecting users located beyond the city limits required to obtain an indirect discharge permit shall also comply with sections 13.10.130 and 13.10.140 of this chapter.
