2.04.010: SALARIES:
Effective January 1, 2024, the salaries of the Mayor and of the members of the Payette City Council shall be as follows:
   A.   The Mayor shall receive for his services as Mayor an annual salary in the sum of six-thousand dollars ($6,000.00); and
   B.   Each member of the Council shall receive for his services an annual salary in the sum of three thousand six-hundred dollars ($3,600.00).
   C.   The Mayor and Council shall receive the same employee benefits as any full-time city employee, excluding any dependents, except for accrual of vacation or sick leave. (Ord. 1530, 2023: Ord. 975, 1987: Ord. 863, 1977: prior code § 1-11-1)
2.04.020: REGULAR MEETINGS:
The regular meetings of the council shall be held at the city hall on the first and third Mondays of each and every month. (Prior code § 1-11-2)
2.04.030: SPECIAL MEETINGS:
The mayor or any three (3) councilmen shall have the power to call special meetings of the council, the object which shall be submitted to the council in writing, and the call and object, as well as the disposition thereof, shall be entered in the minutes record by the city clerk.
