§ 150.999 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   After the expiration of the grace periods established in § 150.002, fines for violation of § 150.001 will be assessed as follows: for minor violations will be $15/day for minor violations, and $100/day for major violations.

   (C)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 150.030 through 150.033 shall be fined $50 for a first offense, an amount not to exceed $100 for a second offense, an amount not to exceed $100 for a third offense, and an amount not to exceed $150 for a fourth and all subsequent offenses §§ 150.030 through 150.033 is violated shall constitute a separate offense.

   (D)   Any violation of § 150.080 shall be a minor misdemeanor and shall be punishable pursuant to the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code and/or the ordinances and laws of the village. Subsequent violations of § 150.080 shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree, and shall be punishable pursuant to the provisions of the Ohio Revised Code and/or the ordinances and laws of the village. Each day in violation is a separate offense.
