(A) It is the intent of this section to regulate in the village, the location of and to encourage, stabilize and protect the development, installation and placement of campers/motor homes/recreational vehicles used in the village for residential purposes for more than ten days in any six-month period, whether such homes or structures are located inside or outside of mobile/manufactured home parks. Unless clearly indicated otherwise, when used in this section, the term “structure to which this section applies” includes any other structure referenced in this section, but also includes tents and sheds or other outbuildings.
(B) No structure to which this section applies shall be permitted in the village, unless it is not being used for residential or dwelling purposes for more than ten days in any six-month period. For any consecutive period of use under this section, written notice must be given to the village office by the prospective resident no less than 72 hours after such residence begins.
