§ 150.030 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   HARBORAGE. Any condition which provides shelter or protection for insects and rodents; thus, favoring their multiplication and continued existence in, under, outside a structure or premises.
   INFESTATION. The presence, within or contiguous to, a structure or premises of insects, rodents, vermin or other pests.
   PEST. A harmful, destructive or nuisance insect, fungus, rodent, nematode, bacterium, bird, snail, weed, or parasitic plant or a harmful or destructive form of plant or animal life or virus, except viruses, bacteria or other microorganisms on or in living animals, including human beings. For the purposes of this subchapter, the definition of a PEST shall include, but is not limited to: mosquitoes; cockroaches; and rats.
   STRUCTURE. That which is built or constructed.
