§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   The violation of any of the rules and regulations set forth in § 96.02 shall be deemed a misdemeanor, and the violator shall, upon conviction, be fined not more than $150 or be imprisoned for not more than 30 days, or both.
   (C)   Whoever is convicted of or is found guilty of a violation of §§ 96.15 through 96.19 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $150 for the first such offense; whoever is convicted of or is found guilty of a second offense within one year after the first offense shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree and shall be imprisoned or jailed for not more than 30 days and fined not more than $250; whoever is convicted of or is found guilty of each subsequent offense after the first and second offense within one year shall be guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree and shall be imprisoned or jailed not more than 60 days and shall be fined not more than $500.
   (D)   Whoever violates § 96.30 shall be fined not less than $5 nor more than $100.
   (E)   Whoever violates § 96.45 shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500.
