§ 96.30 CONDUCT.
   (A)   No person, being the owner or keeper of any animal, shall permit said animal to enter upon that portion of the park property occupied by the reservoir and the dike surrounding said reservoir. There being no EPA regulations forbidding animals on areas occupied by the reservoir and dike surrounding said reservoir, hunting dogs shall be permitted to enter said area with their owner for retrieval of birds during hunting season only. Owners are to obtain written permission at village office each year at the time they obtain their hunting permit for village property. Owners are to be completely responsible for proper handling of dogs.
   (B)   No person shall displace or remove the riprap from the interior bank of the reservoir.
   (C)   No person shall throw rocks or any other foreign material into the reservoir.
   (D)   No person shall operate a vehicle at a speed in excess of 15 mph within the reservoir park.
   (E)   No person shall operate a motor vehicle upon any portion of the reservoir dike.
   (F)   No person shall camp in the reservoir park, without first obtaining a camping permit from the village police.
   (G)   No person, other than those holding valid overnight camping permits, shall be permitted in the Reservoir Park, between the hours of 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
   (H)   No persons other than those holding shelter house use permits shall be permitted to use a shelter house when such use has been reserved and posted to be used by a specific person or group for specific date and duration of time.
   (I)   No public swimming shall be permitted in the reservoir.
