§ 96.15 REGULATIONS.
   (A)   All village parks shall be and hereby are designated to be smoke-free and alcohol-free facilities for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare.
   (B)   Lela McGuire Jeffery Park shall be and hereby is designated a smoke-free, alcohol-free and pet-free facility for the protection of the public health, safety and welfare.
