§ 90.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of § 90.01 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.

   (C)   It shall be a misdemeanor of the fourth degree for anyone to violate the provisions of § 90.02.

   (D)   Whoever violates or fails to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 90.15 and 90.16 is guilty of minor misdemeanor.

   (E)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 90.30 through 90.33 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Every day in violation shall be considered a separate offense.
